## What we collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you choose to give one, your email address. We use it to process and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to let you see your order history.

## What we do not collect

We never ask for your bKash or Nagad PIN or OTP, and we do not store payment card details on this site.

## Sharing

We only share your details with people who need them to deliver your order, such as a courier.

## Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account details by contacting the shop.

(Draft: the shop owner should review this policy and confirm it matches how the business actually handles customer data.)
